  • Standardising and optimizing the supply chain logistics processes (Transportation and Packaging) and related management reports.
  • Analysing and monitoring the performance of all logistics functions within the various Customer Service Centres (CSCs) and production locations, the identification of points for improvement and the implementation and follow-up of improvements.
  • Defining and implementing the Yazaki Europe Logistics strategy and Operating System.
  • Coordinate freight budget preparation with the plants, analyze the results Vs budget, explain and propose the improvement plan
  • Identify strategies to measure the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and contribute to meeting the emission reduction goals.
