We are pleased to inform that an open position to join Quality Department asPlant Quality Engineer.Job Criteria : *Level of studies: State Engineer in quality, engineering, production, or technical field *Experience: * At least 2 years of relevant professional experience at YAZAKI or similar wire harnesses industry plants *Language: Fluent speaker of French and English *Attributions & Tasks:Ensuring good Quality of Product & Reliability of processa- Ensure the validation of equipment & poka yoke b- Ensure the correct implementation of technical changes, c- Ensure compliance with traceability & NC processing d- Ensuring the effectiveness of processes & working method e- Participate in FMEA meetingsQuality Monitoringa-Daily follow up of SERD document : ensure the implementation of the corrective actions b-Follow up of CPIs documents c-Development & follow-up of the weekly defects follow-up as well as internal QRMs. d-Creation and updating of the control plan. e-Follow-up of internal and external deviations. f- Follow-up of suppliers alteration g-Creation & update of inspection standards & documents h-Development and follow-up of 8D actions.Audita-Follow-up of actions taken during internal and external audits b-Development of LPA audits c- Follow-up of line quality controllers tasks d-Audit 5SApplication of rules and procedures The position is located in Yazaki Tangier.
