Location: Tangier, MA EDM SpecialistAn exciting new opportunity to join our HR GBS has opened as Employee Data Management Specialist part of our Tier 2 team. Your main mission would be to act as the second point of contact for Employees and Managers with HR Reporting & Compliance policy and process inquiries that could not be resolved via Employee/Manager self-service or Tier 1 Generalist support. You will also be responsible for answering employees? inquiries, educating associates about the Knowledge Base while tracking all customer contact in service management database. In addition, you will be in charge of identifying appropriate actions to resolve inquires including those related to, but not limited to supporting, standard HR reports, ad hoc HR reports, compliance reporting.Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to):* Service Delivery & Customer Service Excellence: Manages cases (e.g., open, tracking, close out, follow up) and maintains HR Knowledge Base (e.g., HR policies, FAQs, process training material) to support timely resolution of escalated Reporting inquiries * Employee Data Management Transactional Support: Manages completion and compliance for the setup of HR data and subsequent changes, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements (for instances escalated from Tier 1) * HR Reporting Transactional Support: Works closely with stakeholders to articulate HR Reporting scope of services and reporting support the team can provide and to resolve data and reporting challenges, including interpretation and quality * Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process improvement and makes recommendations to improve the cost, quality, and timeliness of delivery * Gather and validate data from multiple sources and systems and develop standard and ad hoc reports for clients * Work with complex datasets in SuccessFactors and other systems * Manage data from 3rd. party vendor sourcesTo be a success in this role you must have:* Ability to handle confidential / sensitive people data with discretion * Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data * Understanding of local data reporting / compliance regulations and privacy laws * Customer service experience mindset; maintains composure with professional etiquette in supporting and resolving customer challenges * Committed to continuous improvement and attention to detail * Fluent English, additional languages preferred * 2+ years of data management, reporting and/or data analysis experience * Customer facing / customer service background preferred * 1/2 years in a service center environment preferred * Systems orientation Position based out of any of our Lear Morocco Locations
