Job Description

We are looking for Warehouse inchargeThis professional multitasker will˙manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time.

  1. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  2. Oversee the receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper storage.
  3. Coordinate the efficient storage and retrieval of products, ensuring optimal space utilization and adherence to inventory management systems.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
  5. Develop and implement warehouse operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
