Prepare the gap analysis to check the gap between the requirements and the actual condition, as wellas, working will all related parties to fill the gaps.? Prepare the sustainability plans and be sure that it will be implemented in the project effectively tillgetting the targeted sustainability certificates.? Attend Client Meetings to understand the sustainability requirements of project.? Carry out weekly and monthly progress report to the client and PMC for percentage of compliancewith the sustainability standards and requirements.? Conduct sustainability training to different departments to ensure the full understanding of there partfor achieving the targeted sustainability grad as per the client requirement.? Review construction material submittals for LEED/ENVISON compliance with project?s sustainabilityrequirements during construction.? Identify the sustainable solutions and follow up for the implementation to achieve the targetedsustainability certificates and to cover all gaps.? Identify sustainability initiatives with the aim to achieve the targeted sustainability certificates.? Assesses and analyzes company policies and processes to identify areas in and processes to whichimprovements can be made in accordance with the organizations commitment to sustainability.? Develops and maintains mechanisms and protocols for data collection, verification, and analysis ofsustainability data.? Shall lead, coordinate, and facilitate the Integrated Development Process and associated submittaldeliveries.? Provide any other tasks or reports that are related to your department at any time as per the directmanager.
