Subject Matter Expert - QAMake a difference every dayThe Job OpportunitySerco Middle East is looking to hire an Subject Matter Expert to be based in Tabuk.Key Purpose

  • Develop NEOM Projects Quality Management Plan (QMP)
  • Maintain NEOM Projects Quality
  • Assess the contractor implementation of Schedule Q quality requirements.
  • Implement best practices to prevent defects
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives
  • Manage engagement with NEOM Projects stakeholders
  • Facilitate Risk Management for NEOM Projects
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis
  • Prepare and execute NEOM Projects Audi Plan
  • Arrange Training awareness for to the PMC/EPM of the NEOM Projects QMP
Key accountabilitiesThe QA SME has the following responsibilities:
  • Review the contractor Quality Plan
  • Review and approve the contractor special procedures including (e.g. Welding and brazing, Cable Splicing, NDT, RTR pipe installation, Hi-pot testing)
  • Develop Technical work instructions and guidelines from the lessons learned and best practices for implementation by the construction contractors.
  • Assesses the implementation of the processes and procedures for all projects
  • Ensure compliance with NEOM standards, policies, and guidelines in Projects
  • Train the construction contractors on the technical compliance to the quality requirements.
  • Proactively engaged in the construction activities to assist in resolving and overcoming technical quality issues.
  • Plan regular site surveillance visits and walkthroughs to maintain intensity of the site construction compliance to the Quality requirements.

  • 10 Years of experience in inspection
  • Able to apply quality tools and techniques
  • Possess good presentation skills and be able to market the benefits of quality to all stakeholders
Knowledge
  • Analytical thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team or individual basis
  • Ability to motivate and manage others
  • Good communication and observation skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Developed short internal training courses and a training matrix for HSQE
  • Knowledge of Facilities management operations.
Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma qualified in an engineering subject
  • ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved)
  • Six sigma ? black belt certification is a preference
  • PMI ? RMP certification is a preference
