Job Description

This Job is for NEOM STAFFCO SMP working under NEOM.As a Store Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. You will be in charge of managing the store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and motivate a team of store employees
  2. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales
  4. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  5. Train and develop store staff to provide exceptional customer service
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Previous experience as a Store Manager
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities
  4. Ability to work well under pressure
  5. Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
