Organize the resources and provide feedback to Regional Warehouse Manager
Support Regional Warehouse Manager in implementing standard operating procedures in Warehouse to maximize productivity at minimum cost
Lead the weekly cycle count and report variances with justification to ensure inventory control
Alert Supply Planning team in case of sudden significant changes in the stock levels to avoid Out of Stock
Assist the Warehouse Manager, in preparing the budget for manpower and materials requirements
Lead salesman complains relating to load out/In that require follow-up or investigation with concern section
Control & Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets (Forklift Truck) and equipment, and order testing, maintenance, repair, or replacement as necessary
Coach and develop team to ensure right capability, multiskilling and motivation levels in the team
Implement HSE and food safety programs in the warehouse to fulfill regulatory and system compliance
Liaise with the freight supervisor to resolve transport issue
