ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSafe & Security Operations
Collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement security policies and procedures.
Coordinates security programs to promote and ensure a secure working environment.
Evaluates the effectiveness of security programs.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Continuously monitor the facility for both internal and external security threats and risks
Advise the management on security-related issues
Implement local security protocols
Ensure compliance with both corporate and local security policies and procedures
Prepare reports and conduct preliminary investigations of security-related incidents
Policies, Processes, and Procedures
Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes, and operating procedures to others
