Role Purpose-Senior Project Quality Manager will have responsibility to manage, lead and direct a team of QC staff and working closely with related engineering, construction, fabrication, and repair departments for managing contractor`s performances and adhere to Company quality standards and protocols.-Take leadership in managing project quality inspection. Develop and implement project specific quality plans, manages internal and external audits, supplier quality performance and coordinate completion of all QA/QC activities to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards.-Monitor quality control measures on multiple job sites simultaneously with proper coordination and documentation.Key Accountabilities & Activities -Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines and procedures in each assigned task.-Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Construction Quality Control (QC) staff comprising of structure, vertical, civil, and electrical leads.-Review requirements for processes or products for contractors / suppliers and monitor their compliance & coordinate elaboration, validation & monitoring of ITPs (Inspection & Test programs) and subcontractors QC plans to ensure compliance with the Construction Quality Program.-Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.-Oversee quality control procedures on construction projects from start to finish, including coordination and review of third-party inspections and material testing including all non-destructive testing, certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.-Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues, coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects sub-contractor?s QC personnel.-Monitor construction activities to ensure that they are moving according to predetermined schedules, while meeting acceptable construction industry standards.-Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.-Organize relevant Quality trainings to increase the knowledge of QC in all phases of the Engineering and Construction phases.Key Stakeholders/Main Contacts Internal-Relevant departments-Projects-Own team and other teams/all staff across the CompanyExternal-Regulatory/Government bodies-PMC?s, Contractors and consultants-Vendors and suppliers-Other external entities and organizations
