Ensure that the PTW system is effectively implemented in all work zones under his work area.? Coordinating with the construction team and giving the reasonable support for Closing out allobservations which identified either internally or externally.? Distribute the day-to-day tasks in between the safety officers under his area of work to ensure thatthere will be enough safety coverage and improvements.? Reporting to the safety manager all challenges for implementing the safe method of work and anymentioned control measure in the risk assessment.? Proactive action in the site to aligned with all HSE requirements.? Close monitoring to the construction activities and reporting any gaps between the RAMS and theactual condition in the site.? Ensuring that the inspection frequency matrix is implemented on time and with the excellent quality ofinspections.? Effective monitoring for the sub-contractors? activities and reporting the misbehaviors and level ofcompliance to the safety manager.? Ensuring effective implementation of the TBT and any other HSE training according to the TNA.? Ensuring that all workforces have the sufficient competency to start the activity assigned to them.? Active participation in the risk assessment meetings.? Doing effective consultation with all workforces in his area to change in the HSE culture effectively andpositively.? Provide any other tasks or reports that are related to your department at any time as per the directmanager.Organizational Relationships & Communication
