Assuring that the MMAH safety management system is effectively implemented in the project.? Breaking down the safety objectives and targets to the project specific targets which aligned with theapproved objectives.? Measuring the safety performance against the approved safety objectives.? Preparing the safety plans and any other needed documentations based on the client requirementsand legal requirements,? Promote the safety culture in his area of management and maintain the excellence culture level in theprojects.? Reviewing the work methods to be sure that it is safe according to the best practices, codes ofpractices, client SOPs and legal requirements.? Plan, implement and measure the effectiveness of the safety campaigns and specific trainings.? Submit the daily, weekly and monthly reports which is needed from project manager and safetydepartment head as per MMAH HSE management system, in addition to, being sure that the data willbe submitted with the needed and expected quality and accuracy.? Ensure that all expected emergency cases are well planned and the preparedness as well as readinessare raised to the expected levels, in addition to, ensuring that all needed resources to achieve that isavailable in the project including active and effective follow up to do that.? Ensuring the effective implementation of the medical screening programs as per MMAH HSEmanagement system.? Supporting MMAH lead HSE training manager to identify and analysis the training needs by providingthe accurate incidents, observations, and behavioral data.? Investigating accidents by the scientific ways and according to MMAH HSE management system andclient requirements, also, identifying and communicating the root causes with all employees in theproject.? liaison with the client, certification body and governing bodies on safety topics related to the project.? Managing behavior change programs to be sure that the sufficient training, competency, resources areavailable to ensure that the employee will use a safe and healthy working method that will lead toreducing unsafe acts in the projects.? Positive change in the culture to keep the thing smooth and integrated with any other objectives insidethe organization.? Distribute the day-to-day safety tasks between the team under his direct management and measure
