JOB SUMMARY:Plan, direct and coordinate internal and external projects. Manage all phases from planning to closing. Monitor delivery against set scope, schedules and budgets.DUTIES AND TASKS:Monitor progress of activities. Identify patterns and adjust plans. Ensure operational objectives, deadlines and quality of deliverables are consistently met.Coordinate activities, schedules, staff and budgets on a daily basis. Manage all project phases from planning to closing.Prepare regular project status reports. Communicate to top management and steering committees. Provide information on findings, roadblocks and next steps.Agree on and negotiate funding and staff with stakeholders. Align on senior participation and steering committees.Define the scope of a project in collaboration with stakeholders. Establish goals, timeline, budgets and resources.
