Job Description

ob SummaryThe Senior QA/QC Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of construction projects. This includes developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures, conducting inspections, and overseeing the work of QA/QC team members. The Senior QA/QC Manager will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for construction projects
  • Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications
  • Oversee the work of QA/QC team members, including assigning tasks and reviewing completed work
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quality control activities
  • Train team members on quality control processes and procedures
  • Participate in the development of project budgets and schedules
