QA&QC Inspector- Subject to Contract AwardMake a difference every dayThe Job OpportunitySerco Middle East is looking to hire an QA& QC Inspector to be based in Tabuk.Key Purpose

  • Ensure implementation of Project Quality Management Plan (QMP)
  • Conduct Quality inspections across NEOM projects
  • Assess the contractor implementation of quality requirements.
  • Implement best practices to prevent defects
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives
  • Manage engagement with NEOM Projects stakeholders
  • Facilitate Risk Management for NEOM Projects
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis
  • Arrange Training awareness for to the PMC/EPM of the NEOM Projects QMP
Key accountabilities
  • The QA/QC Inspectors has the following responsibilities:
  • Conduct the day-to-day inspection activities at the project sites
  • Prepare inspection reports
  • Issue NCRs, observations and proactive notifications based on the results of their surveillance inspection visits
  • Review site test reports including
  • Enforce implementation of the Quality plan, Procedures and Technical work instructions
  • Drive improvement based on the lessons learned and best practices
  • Inspect the implementation of the processes and procedures at project sites
  • Ensure compliance with NEOM standards, policies, and guidelines in Projects
  • Educate the construction contractors on the technical compliance to the quality requirements.
  • Proactively engaged in the construction activities to assist in resolving and overcoming technical quality issues.
  • Plan regular site surveillance visits and walkthroughs to maintain intensity of the site construction compliance to the Quality requirements.

  • 10 Years of experience in inspection
  • Able to apply quality tools and techniques
  • Possess good presentation skills and be able to market the benefits of quality to all stakeholders
  • Knowledge
  • Analytical thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team or individual basis
  • Ability to motivate and manage others
  • Good communication and observation skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Developed short internal training courses and a training matrix for HSQE
  • Knowledge of Facilities management operations.
  • Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma qualified in an engineering subject
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System Standard
  • ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved)
  • Degree / Diploma qualified in an engineering subject
  • Inspection certification as applicable (e.g., NDT, API, AWS, CSWIP, Coating?)???????
