Job Description

QA AuditorMake a difference every dayThe Job OpportunitySerco Middle East is looking to hire an QA Auditor to be based in Tabuk.Key Purpose

  • Support Development of NEOM Projects Quality Management Plans and requirements (QMP)
  • Ensure Quality compliance across NEOM Projects
  • Assess the contractor implementation of quality requirements.
  • Implement best practices to prevent defects
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives
  • Manage engagement with NEOM Projects stakeholders
  • Facilitate Risk Management for NEOM Projects
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis
  • Prepare and execute NEOM Projects Audit Plan
  • Arrange and execute Training awareness for to the PMC/EPM of the NEOM Projects QMP and audit outcomes.
Key accountabilitiesThe QA Auditor has the following responsibilities:
  • Assess Quality compliance against Project Quality Plans.
  • Verify, investigate, and audit projects processes and conformance to QA standards and procedures.
  • Oversight of the Construction audit plans including PMC and EPM audit plans.
  • Develop, monitor and track audit findings and process improvements in across all Projects.
  • Participate and support in the PMC/EPM planned audits of construction work depending on risk and criticality.
  • Manage post-audit activities and follow-up on any necessary CAPA require resolving majority of deviations/investigations.
  • Educate construction contractors on the common findings and lessons learned from audits.

  • 10 Years of experience in inspection
  • Able to apply quality tools and techniques
  • Possess good presentation skills and be able to market the benefits of quality to all stakeholders
Knowledge
  • Analytical thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team or individual basis
  • Ability to motivate and manage others
  • Good communication and observation skills
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Developed short internal training courses and a training matrix for HSQE
  • Knowledge of Facilities management operations.
Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma qualified in an engineering subject
  • ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved)
  • Six sigma ? black belt certification is a preference
  • PMI ? RMP certification is a preference
