Job Description

  • Develop and implement project control processes and procedures to monitor and manage project activities, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project control requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Establish project baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget, and monitor performance against these baselines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and analyzing deviations, risks, and variances, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on project status, including cost performance, schedule adherence, and resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular project control meetings to review project performance, address issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, utilizing project management software and tools.
  • Implement and maintain project cost tracking and forecasting systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial data.
  • Collaborate with project teams to estimate and control project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of project materials and resources.
  • Implement and maintain document control systems to manage project-related documentation and ensure version control.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project control methodologies and tools.
  • Train and mentor project team members on project control processes and tools.
