Job Description

A Project Manager in the field of infrastructure, specifically in highway and culvert projects, is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of transportation infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge and experience in infrastructure engineering, as well as project management skills. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders and a team of engineers and construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of highway and culvert projects.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans for highway and culvert projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  2. Coordinate and manage the design and engineering phases of the projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  3. Oversee the construction phase, including procurement of materials and equipment, quality control, and safety measures.
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management in the field of infrastructure, with a focus on highway and culvert projects.
  2. Strong technical knowledge and experience in infrastructure engineering, specifically in the design and construction of highways and culverts.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with stakeholders.
  4. Proven track record of successfully delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  5. Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.
