Job Description

  • Initiate vendor?s invoices vouchers in the system after review vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain record for Subcontractors and supplier invoices.
  • Assist in periodic physical inventory.
  • Record petty cash expenses into the system include selection of accurate dimension and reimbursement process.
  • Record Expenses Accuracy to the different financial dimensions.
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling statements and related transactions.
  • Follow- up monthly billing, assure timely & accuracy claim to the client and securitize the project invoicing.
  • Assist with month end closing.
  • Maintain VAT records matching with Dynamics365.
