Job Description

The Port Worker position in Tabouk, Saudi Arabia, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the marine transport services industry. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of port activities, contributing to the efficiency of cargo handling and shipping processes. As a Port Worker, you will be involved in various tasks that support the inspection and loading of vessels, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring that all operations comply with maritime regulations.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo from vessels to ensure timely operations.
  2. Operate port equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  3. Conduct routine inspections of cargo and equipment to identify any issues or hazards.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily operations and schedules.
  6. Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to port operations.
  8. Assist in inventory management by tracking cargo movements and reporting discrepancies.
  9. Support emergency response efforts in case of accidents or spills.
  10. Communicate effectively with shipping agents and other stakeholders to facilitate operations.
