Controls, monitoring and reviewing projects progress with all concerned departments in head office and on- sites for all kind of activities that are related to the project planning to submit reports on time as per Report Frequency List. Assess the Contractor project program to Ensure that it was acceptable with resource, cost loading and properly updates it on regular basis. Compeer the project progress against the master schedule and the Contractor?s Construction Program to analyze any areas in delay (or ahead of the schedule) and report to the project team thereon. Raise early warnings of potential risks to project delivery in order to identify solutions therefore, in conjunction with the Project Team; recognizing programmed activities as necessary to mitigate any time, disruption or costJob descriptionDoc.
