Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for OD Manager for a client in Tabuk, KSA. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.Must-Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in organizational development & human resources with recent 5 years in a managerial role
  • Experienced in designing & implementing organizational structures and leading change management initiatives
  • Experienced in developing HR policies & procedures, and conducting job evaluations
  • Proficiency with performance management systems, financial acumen, data analysis, and strategic planning
Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor?s/ Master?s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or any other relevant field.
  • Prior experience working with a construction organization
  • CIPD, SHRM, PMP Certificates are preferred
