Job Description

Position: O&M Manager ? EV FleetBranch Location: Northern Region Saudi ArabiaContract type: Regular / Permanent - 2 YearEnsure that ?Operational Excellence? as well as the transformation of the branch into a ?Customer-Focused Organization? deliver the expected outcomes on on- & off- grid EV Charging station network with client and management in Jeddah BranchWhat You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible at branch level for the development and implementation of a comprehensive on grid and off grid EV charging station Operations & Maintenance Plan and related Enabling Projects.
  • Supervise the EV O&M team and interface with client on day-to-day basis
  • Ensure a smooth transition in the beginning of the contract in his/her areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of performance in the related branch against Agreement KPIs and any and all related performance indicators.
  • Responsible for EV network following all required standards.
  • Provide support to client basis other service providers and contractors associated to mobility network
  • Responsible for the continuity of EV charging station network collection, supervise and facilitate the definition of actions to be done for optimized capacity utilization in the related branch, coordinate and supervise the Business continuity plan at branch level.
  • Distribute tasks among branch EV O&M teams and supervision of works implementation.
  • Define and implement EV O&M annual budget at branch level.
  • Ensure good collaboration and interaction with client entities and local authorities at branch level and reporting to HQ in Jeddah.
  • Support the definition on H&S procedures and action plan and ensure they are implemented at branch level.
  • Lead the implementation of new management processes and tools at branch level
  • Understanding of EV charging stations, solar PV and Energy Storage systems is a preference
Who We Are Looking For
  • Senior Expert with 8 years of experience in the solar, ESS and EV sector and at least 5 years of experience in O&M and overseas experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting, project management, O&M management, client interface
  • Total experience: 8 years.
  • EV industry experience: 2 years.
  • Management experience related to this position: 5 years.
  • B.Sc. Engineering Degree or Electrical Engineer Degree,
