They have 20+ years of experience in more than 10 markets. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their teamDescriptionThe Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:Liaising and providing administrative support to the project teamWorking closely and collaborating with the client and its representativesAssisting with securing site passes and COVID testing procedures for visiting representatives and staffSourcing accommodation and facilities requirements for all members of the project teamCoordinating with the HR team to onboard new employeesRenewing and visas and work permits for new and existing project team membersLiaising with the London office to provide updates on expenses and the project teams timecards recorded on the ERP systemManaging all inventory and serving as the main point of contact for providing assistance with device set-upProfileThe ideal candidate for the Operations Coordinator role:Fluent in English and ArabicSaudi Nationals preferred5+ years of experience within a similar roleExperience within a professional services firm is advantageousMust have a valid KSA driving license to commute from Tabuk to the project site regularlyExcellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Solid knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Financial Force and ConcurExemplary communication skillsJob OfferThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive monthly salary.
