Job Description

Scope of Work and Job description:˙˙Night shift Site managers are˙responsible for ensuring that operation & maintenance duties in the project are completed on time and within budget. Follow up on day duties by coordinating and supervising˙the maintenance team. Making safety inspection tours and ensuring the proper functions of running equipment.

  • To be familiar with the project and contractual obligations.
  • To maintain and control the night shift project facilities.
  • To motivate the staff towards the establishment of a successful organization.
  • To lead the administrative, technical, and civil work activities of the project.
  • To get approval for executed works.
  • Self-dependent and able to solve technical problems that might arise.
  • To represent the company properly.
  • Make sure documentation is properly filed for the project.
  • To properly handle the materials and tools at the site.
  • To ensure the safety and security of the project site.
  • To prepare monthly reports with the assistance of a quantity surveyor and document controller.
  • Development of execution plan.
  • Organization for the execution of the plan.
  • Setting of targets & development of systems and procedure accomplishment of project.
  • Direction, coordination & control of project activities
  • Perform other duties as maybe assigned
