? Preparing lifting plans for low, medium and high-risk lifting activities.? Review the lifting plans for all sub-contractors in the site.? Conducting frequent inspection for all lifting equipment and lifting gears and being sure that allrecords are maintained and inspection color code are provided.? Following all the client requirements and MMAH management system regarding to the liftingprocedures.? Evaluate and assess the lifting equipment operators for being sure that they are competent enough.? Providing training to all riggers and project execution team to raise the lifting safety awareness? Ensure that the riggers provided are fit to the lifting as per the level of risk.
