Within NEOM, the insurance division represents one of its key strategic pillars where we aim for a welltailoredinsurance offering that is in-line with the Insurance divisions strategy, vision and internationalstandards that ensure risk mitigation, transfer, and economies of scale.The Insurance Senior Manager role assists in the design and implementation of an innovative strategywhile constantly updating it with the latest trends that are in conjunction with NEOM?s vision to executeclear, concise, and comprehensive cover for all its assets, existing or otherwise. This candidate willensure that coverage is in place for all NEOM owned regions, sectors and employees with a broadranging scope that covers CAR, DSU, TPL, Marine, aviation, and lenders terms. The Senior Manager willparticipate in enhancing and growing the division to promote product knowledge and financial viabilityin a robust efficient and seamless manner.Participate in the insurance strategy development & execution to achieve the vision for NEOM InsuranceSector.Prepare reports, policies and procedures for the division and design insurance guidelines and protocolsUnderstanding of insurance software systems and how to best utilize them in a developing environmentEstablish key relationships and strong customer portfolio focusing on local, regional, and internationalBuild the insurance model and be able to present to internal/external investors, team and strategicTracking and managing progress, risks, and dependencies of deliverablesAssist in developing as needed new agreements & processes with network partners/providers as well as
