? Establish HSE training programs for all levels of management according to the hierarchy ofthe organization chart.? Being sure about the effectiveness of the training that will be delivered.? Develop training materials which are applicable to the company activities and specific to theclient's requirements.? Coordinate to produce a series of unified videos which will be used for induction propose withhigh-quality editing.? Coordinate to produce induction booklet with proper graphic design and high-qualityvisualization.? Design demonstration training for riggers, scaffolders, equipment operators ... etc in additionto any new technology that will be used.? Raise the competency of the HSE officers and conduct frequent evaluations.? Coordinate with the project safety/environmental managers do conduct effective campaignsand properly planning for that.
