Job Description

Position Title: Food Quality Assurance ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 12K SAR depending on experience and qualifications, plus shared accommodation, meals, and other benefitsJob Location: Neom, KSAAbout the Client:An industrial catering services company for a project in Neom.

  • Develop and implement food quality standards and specifications aligned with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular food quality audits and inspections across all stages of food preparation and service to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor food product quality, taste, and presentation to ensure consistency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to the camps quality guidelines.
  • Analyze food quality data, including sensory evaluations and customer feedback, to identify trends, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes, ensuring that they meet the camps quality and safety standards.
