Job Description

Bachelor degree in Business Administration and more than 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.proven experience in events and/or public relations hospitality industry.Position Goal? Responsible for attracting new customers and maintaining existing ones.? Problem-solving of conflicts with old customers.? Develop and maintain the reputation of the company.? Promote the company?s products and services.? Develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.Performance Responsibilities

  • Develop the company?s general sales to ensure attainment of company goals and profitability.
  • Take responsibility for external PR & Marketing events and maximizing opportunities for communication activity.
  • Manage all aspects of an event from brainstorming to final stage.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations to prospects.
  • Come up with innovative and creative ideas for upselling purpose.
  • Coordinate both pre-sales and after-sale activities (client feedback, dismantling, condition of returned items etc.)
  • Work on the space planning and venue decoration.
  • Follow up and work with the team on the production phase for best result.
  • Monitor the yearly calendar to plan holiday events? presentations.
  • Develop marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional
events.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Prepare and update sales report on weekly basis.
  • Must be available to work special events, after hours and on weekends, including Friday and Saturday.
