Job Description

  • Develop and implement environmental, safety, and health programs to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace hazards and develop appropriate control measures.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to safety procedures, permits, and environmental compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate workplace practices and procedures to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and emerging regulations related to environmental, safety, and health.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on environmental and safety-related matters.
  • Conduct regular environmental inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external consultants to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental consciousness throughout the organization.
  • Participate in incident and accident investigations and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and recommend strategies for reducing environmental impact.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate environmental, safety, and health performance to stakeholders.
