Preparing all environmental documents as per the client requirements such as CESP, Dust managementplan, stockpile management plan ? etc.? Being sure that all activities in the project is running in side the approved LUP and issue any MOC aswell as follow up with the client to manage any changes in the site.? Coordinate with construction team and sub-contractors for trees translocations.? Coordinate with approved service providers to conduct ecological survey and take the necessary actionneeded to preserve sensitive fauna and flora in the project.? Coordinate with PMC to identify the heritage sites and being sure that the right procedures well befollowed to preserve it without any damage.? Monitor all environmental aspects and measure the noise, dust and vibration levels as well as keepmonitoring to ensure that it is within approved limits to minimize any harm to the sensitive receptors.? Report and investigate any environmental incident and identify the needed preventive actions withclear action plan.? Being sure that all project activities is locations which will not be affected negatively by adverse naturalevents.? Preparing emergency response procedures and being sure that the needed resources are availableaccording to the plan.? Conduct Environmental trainings and being sure that the environmental culture will be promoted.? Maintains waste incident record system and making necessary reports.? Ensures that regular inspections are conducted on the waste disposal vehicles to ensure to meet theNEOM standard and as per NCEC requirements.? Identify the opportunities of the improvements and raise it to the HSE department head to give theneeded support.? Monitor the sub-contractor?s performance and guide them to the right environmental procedure andbeing sure that they are understanding their environmental role before starting any activity.? Ensures that the storage /accumulation of different waste materials are appropriately identified andsegregated.? Ensures that appropriate Safety Data Sheets (SDS) is maintained and accessible for hazardous wastematerials.? Provide any other tasks or reports that are related to your department at any time as per the directmanager.
