ADVENTURE World is looking to hire an Operations Manager for its?Family Entertainment Center?in Tabuk.?Responsibilities:

Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day running of Adventure World.
Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Knowledge of principles and practices of operations management, regulations concerning facility operations; laws, ordinances and principles of safety and security.
Recruiting, training and evaluating the staff
Schedule and payroll control.
Managing the customer experience, strategic planning and development.
Daily checklist for operation and cleanliness of the rides.
Overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and public.
Follow up standards of safety and cleanliness.
Handling customer complaints and incidents.
Controlling stocks, preparing reports and inventories.
Understanding local community issues.
Dealing with human resources and personnel.
Following up with the marketing and promotion sales of Adventure World ? Tabuk in order to generate more business.
Plan and suggest direct activities.
Monitoring competitors if any.
Responsible for retail, food and beverage related to Adventure World.
Preventative maintenance and repairs and periodical ones.
