Cost Control Assistant(NEOM Project)- Responsible for Control and monitor the Cost of the Project:- Prepare the Budget every 4 months including: breakdown cost, direct cost, indirect cost, etc.- Estimation of forecast cost along the Project- controlling the adjustment between the planned costs and those actually incurred in the different production phases, in accordancewith the budgets set by the Management Committee- Monthly Cost report with analysis of deviation in time and cost- Variations from client: cost impact analysis- Subcontractor: analysis of claims, invoice proposal assessment- Staffing Plan- Payment application to client
