The Content developer works with internal and external teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. He Interface with internal teams to obtain appropriate content material, edit it to meet standard requirements and publish it to our product platforms. He produces high-quality documentation (text, visual and audio) that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.?Responsibilities:???????Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides???????Create tutorials to help end-users use our platforms???????Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities???????Create and maintain the information architecture???????Owner of the single source of truth of the developed contentSkills:???????Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail???????Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures???????Excellent English written and verbal communication skills???????Knowledge of Social Media Marketing???????Outstanding writing and editing skills???????Excellent time management skills???????Familiarity with working with Content Management systems???????Working experience in Copywriting or Graphic Designing will be an advantage.???????Ability to work in teams as well as independently as and when required.???????Knowledge of digital publishing is a plus
