Construction Director (NEOM Project)

Responsible for complete construction work including excavation, tunnel, stations and backfilling works.
Manage the overall construction operations for utilities works at site.
Coordinate provision of materials, machinery, equipment and labour in relation to the execution of the above construction works as planned to meet scheduled deadlines.
Coordinate and liaise with the Technical, Procurement, Laboratory, Stores, Work shop, Plant, Safety, and Quality sections to ensure all ancillary activities are completed to prevent disruptions to site works.
Monitor construction costs and devise ways to minimise costs by increasing efficiency and productivity, minimising wastage, double handling, rework and unproductive work; without compromising on deadlines, quality or safety.
