Job Description

  • Monitor construction activities related to civil works
  • Monitor the schedule and milestones
  • Review changes to schedule and drawings
  • Update all subordinates concerning schedule changes and work allocation
  • Provide targets to supervisors and ensuring their achievements
  • Follow up all purchase requests with procurement and material
  • Follow up with PMV and laydown for equipment and material
  • Prepare weekly update of all work undergone
  • Implement approved construction department?s policies, processes, and procedures
  • Provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
  • Support in monitoring day to day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
