We are looking for Branches Supervisor.The Branch Supervisor manages the branch team through scheduling and monitoring employee time, motivating and coaching sales and service skills to team to retain existing and generate new business, overseeing the discipline process, and developing team members through training.Responsibility:Responsible for daily operation of assigned branches, train staff on products & customer service, ensure adequate staffing, responsible of the branch assets, stock availability, achieve sales target, optimize costs, follow standards of operation, ensure food safety, branch hygiene, ensure timely and regular maintenance of machines, handle customer complaints, ensure all government compliances, communicate and implement management decisions, timely reporting to management, etc.
