Responsible of the operation in the assigned area. Follow up with area supervisors on- daily operation of assigned branches, follow up staff training, ensure adequate staffing, responsible of the branch assets, stock availability, achieve sales target, optimize costs, follow standards of operation, ensure food safety, branch hygiene, ensure regular and timely maintenance of machines, handle customer complaints, ensure all government compliances, communicate and implement management decisions, timely reporting to management ,etc.Follow up and coordinate with all departments including warehouse management & logistics, admin HR, accounting etc. Regular reporting to the top management.
