Job Description

  1. Manages and supervises the accounts payable department and staff in the organization.
  2. Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness
  3. Manages accounts payable Daily operation functions like Posting, maintaining, and Reviewing
  4. Prepared, tracked, and oversee all vendor?s payment transactions
  5. Manages the accounts payable Monthly, and Annually Closing Process
  6. Provide reports Monthly, Annually, and as when requested by supervisors.
