Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant who will be part of the Finance & Accounting team of eMan Car Rental Tabuk Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidate should hold 2 to 3 years of proven Saudi Arabia (KSA) Car Rental /Transportation Accounting / bookkeeping experience.Responsibilities

  • Perform various GL month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, prepaids, account analysis and help in resolving accounting issues.
  • Perform all balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
  • Prepare and post intercompany elimination and journal entries in order to produce consolidated financial statements. Review monthly accounting close process, including analytical review of the monthly operating results to ensure accurate accounting records are maintained.
  • Assist in preparing month-end financial statements and analyzing results.
  • Keep check on customer?s balances on daily and follow up for overdue balances.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders for vendors.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Working knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
  • Preparing Reports on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Basis with addition to adhoc reporting requirements from finance manager.
  • Experience with Taxation in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
