We focus on improving the methods and tools necessary for the execution of maintenance and modernization contracts for rolling stock and railway infrastructure, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and digitalization of processes and trades.The objective of the internship, oriented towards Business Intelligence and Digital, is to provide depots, projects (Regions) and central teams with monitoring and decision-making tools to improve industrial operations.Integrated into the central at team with the support of a data specialist team, you will participate in the design and production of Qlik Sense applications. Your privileged contacts will be the Central teams based in Saint-Ouen as well as the IT support teams based in India and the service teams around the world.You will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Collect the needs of the central organization and the Regions
  • Develop Dashboards (modeling, loading and processing of data and visualization, ?)
  • Set up automated reporting for systematic communication with the Regions
  • Analysis of data and KPIs for anomaly detection
  • Build and maintain the necessary Documentation (writing user guides)
  • Participate in support on questions and queries from different users
Profile:Level of training:Engineer Bac + 5 (Engineering school, University, ...)Technical skills :BI, Dataviz (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Business Object, etc.).Very good knowledge of IT toolsKnowledge of the industrial environmentLanguages:French (optional) and English (compulsory)Behavioral skills:You demonstrate autonomy and rigor to advance your project and know how to communicate at all levels of the organizationYou know how to integrate into a multicultural team interacting with teams around the world.Terms :Internship for a period of 4 to 6 months full-timeAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow?s mobility.
