?Join us to help us accelerate our digital transformation, support our business users and bring complex projects to life by leveraging our cutting-edge technology stack.?Thomas M, Data OfficerAt Cartier, digital transformation is one of our core Maison?s priorities.We are currently expanding our central data team and leveraging our state-of-the-art technological stack in the cloud to bring value and build business-relevant data products and analytics. Governing our data end-to-end, from its creation to its storage to its consumption by our users, is thus a major stake.As Cartier?s Data Governance Manager, you will define, in strong partnership with our Richemont Group stakeholders, our data governance standards, frameworks and tools and roll them out within our Maison. You will partner and coordinate with our data owners (commercial, client, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, human resources) and their respective data stewards on any topic regarding data monitoring, data quality and data access governance.You are as well to liaise with Group Technology teams and Group Cyber Security in order to ensure that every data law or regulation is properly enforced (GDPR, PIPL, etc...).HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ? Your main missions will consist of (but will not be limited to):

• Lead data governance at Cartier and oversee its tangible execution
• Engage a network of business stakeholders, within both Cartier and Richemont (Group Technology, Group Data, Group Cyber Security, Group Finance, Group Legal notably) and manage smooth relations between them and the central data team
• Support data quality initiatives with our data owners to deliver actual, long-term quality improvement
• Oversee and maintain with our internal stakeholders (data owners and data stewards) our cloud data catalog and our data dictionaries, paving the way towards self-service analytics and reporting
• Ensure that data laws and regulations are enforced, at all times
• Develop any relevant documentation and tools supporting data governance and its processes

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US ?You have a Master?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or in any similar scientific field. You have 5+ years of experience in an international context with a strong focus on technology and, ideally, a previous successful experience in data governance.Ideally you have also:

• 3-5 years managing cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
• Experience in playing a significant role in an ambitious and successful data team
• Outstanding interpersonal skills so that you are seen as credible, knowledgeable and a positive representative of the central data team
• Varied and detailed knowledge of one or more data management areas (data quality, data migration, data cataloging, etc...)
• Experience in delivering data initiatives that have provided tangible business value
• Official data management qualification (DAMA a strong plus)
• Expertise in Google Cloud, SAP, data warehousing and data visualization solutions
• Deep understanding of main data privacy laws and regulations
