Weneed to investinour Tender & Projects way of working to adjust to a bigger size and manage a new era of business.New ways of management of our communities of Project teams on one side and Tender teams throughout the world on the other side, together with new modern ways of working.MISSIONSAs theTender & Project Sourcing apprenticeyou will work on the following missions:

  • Update the database for T&P rules and training materials
  • Support deployment of the Tender Sourcing Validation processes
  • T&P best practices development
  • Develop the generic document of a ?Product Sourcing Management Plan?
  • Animate Supplier innovation identification and internal marketing with the Sourcing network
  • Animate the challenge on our internal costing tools (competitivity of our offering) and ad-hoc recommendations/way forward
  • Training & communication event
    • Secure organization of webinars (coordination, animation, ?)
    • Lead an event ?Tender Sourcing Days?
PROFILE
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Management / Economyfrom a technical University, Engineering or Business School
  • Great communication andinterpersonalskills
  • Meticulous with a great team spirit
