  • Supporting the Internal Communications Managers in their daily work.
  • Supporting the Internal Communications team in the development and implementation of communication plans for their internal stakeholders (CSR, HR, Finance, EHS, IT?)
  • Develop various assets in collaboration with the Central Communications teams to support Internal campaigns
  • Support in the cascading of information and distribution of internal communications assets
  • Assist in the preparation and logistics of Management conference calls as well as weekly Management information digest
  • Responsible for keeping track of communication calendars; assisting with events planning and organisation, creating reports and PowerPoint Presentations as required
  • Liaising with all Central Communications Departments and Regional Heads on key projects
  • Providing new ideas to improve existing communications tools and actions
We are looking for someone that is:
  • Currently studying towards a Communications/Marketing/Journalism related degree (M1 / M2)
  • Strong communications and networking skills
  • Able to take ownership of projects and work to time constraints
  • Able to work in an international environment
  • Project management skills
  • Team player and open to a variety of tasks
  • Proactive
  • Well organised
  • Highly motivated and curious
  • Good verbal and writing skills
  • Native level English speaker and good level of French language
  • Microsoft office skills
