Job Description

You will work with the Trademarks Designs and Copyrights Director on the following missions: 

  • Management of Intellectual Property Mappings related to design rights (and patents) on sales projects, on Core Business products: construction and development of IP MAPs (mapping of rights in the process of valuing Intellectual Property assets); studies and implementations of tools to build and manage these IP MAPs, development of a network within the company
  • Support for the implementation of summaries, KPIs on the trademarks, designs, copyrights function in order to inform the IP network (and its internal customers): popularization of legal information (Gazette, webinars, etc.)
  • Support, in particular for contractual management related to Intellectual Property with the Designs & Style teams (integrated Design firm), Legal Procurement, Legal Regions, in order to facilitate the integration of ex-Bombardier teams.
 Our ideal candidate has a:  
  • Project management profile with knowledge of Intellectual Property and Innovation Management
  • Minimum level BAC+3, ideally Master 1 or 2
  • Good level of English both spoken and written is mandatory
  • Microsoft Office Pack tools
  • Great adaptability, curiosity, is a teamplayer and ready for a challenge
