Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwideThe Alstom headquarters (HQ) Finance teams are getting re-organized around 2 pillars: Site controlling and Value Capture / Functions Controlling. The HQ site controlling function needs to strengthen its organization and processes with the increase of its scope with some additional activities in Saint-Ouen and in Berlin (following Bombardier?s acquisition) or increased scope in India (Shared Service Centers).Consequently, the HQ site controlling team is looking for an apprentice for one year (starting September 2022).You will be working in a very changing and diverse environment, including some project or R&D activities. This will give an excellent overview of the typical activities of a finance department.Your missions will include some standard controlling tasks and some more long-term actions, for instance:

  • Site controller and project controller support for monthly closing activities (including process review and automation): extract and analysis of actuals, organization of re-invoicing process, costs reallocation, project data settlement and project re-invoicing
  • Be the referent for all topics related to direct hours booking (tool and processs)
  • Improvement of processes
  • Support budget and forecast projects
Your profile:
  • Master?s in Business school, Engineering school or university equiv.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, ideally knowledge of SAP and/or consolidation tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and rigorous
  • Autonomous
