This is a unique opportunity for you to learn and grow your skills in a diverse multi-cultural environment, in collaboration with colleagues from across more than 70 countries. You will be based in the company headquarters and will have a great opportunity to understand the company organization and have a global perspective of our business activities.   • Supporting the head of employer branding in deploying various projects and global strategy worldwide
  • Bringing in new and disruptive ways of attracting talent, employer branding and recruitment digital marketing campaigns
  • Supporting in the conception of global employer branding campaigns and initiatives
  • Helping animate the global community of brand ambassadors
  • Supporting in relationship development with key universities and schools
  • Many more exciting adhoc projects (Top Employers certification, ambassadors platform, others)
  • Bring joy and fun to your daily tasks and interactions
Our ideal candidate has the following skills :Educational level: Master II, Master I, MasterSp‚cialis‚Technical skills: Knowledge of English language is mandatory; Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point), Photoshop or other design programs (example: Canva) is an advantageBehavioral skills: Creativity and courage; open and positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to changing circumstances, agile and inclusive mindset; flexible and collaborative approach; appetite for digital tools and tech curiosityContract:Apprenticeship of 12 months starting September 2022Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow?s mobility.
