As a member of Digital Ops Backbone Team, your main mission will be to deploy the industrialization & manufacturing std. processes & tools on sites, to identify the business requirements and ensure that the toolset is matching the business needs based on a close collaboration with the Information System department and the global Business Process owners from other streams.During your internship you will support the Ops Digital backbone on the following activities:Core System Process & Tools Documentation Repository

• Update and standard methodologies based on best practices and new process & Tools Evolution.
• Ramp up on Digital Ops Backbone (Core Systems) key processes
• Manage and promote Core Documentation repository with central & Regional Teams

Core System Process & Tools Evolution request

• Formalization of Business Requirements, process description with Key business rules and expected benefits in order to prepare the arbitration during appropriate governances
• Ensure proper Process & Tools validation through pilots and user acceptance tests by the appropriate stakeholder panel.
• Work in collaboration with IS&T to ensure that the developed solution matches the Processes and the Business Rules (Case of Usage definition, Specifications, Test cases, ?)

Deployment & Appropriation

• Assist Regions on deployed processes and associated solution and Gather their Best practices
• Propose appropriation metrics to further Process and Tools appropriation while detailing objectives and calculation rules
• Prioritize Key Appropriation Metrics with proper stakeholders panel
• Design and prepare the metrics development as per the ePoP Development Roadmap (decision support and monitoring system for RSC Ops )

The ideal candidate will have following skills & experiences

• Engineering School Background preparation is preferable (Bac +3)
• Appetite for operations matters (Industrialization, shopfloor execution, Supply Chain, Industrial Quality,?) as well as your passion for digital solution
• Excellent process formalization skills and outcomes
• Team spirit, able to work in an international environment
• Excellent communication, presentation & writing skills (French & English)
• Interest on Industrial operations Processes & Tools 3D Experience, DELMIA Apriso,SAP EHP. Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
• Good organizational skills, attention to details and result oriented
