Job Description

We are looking for a PMO to join the ITSM ServiceNow Team - part of the Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) within CHANEL.The ITSM ServiceNow Team works with several entities worldwide within CHANEL to deploy new scopes on the new Global ServiceNow Platform. Those deployments require:To test what is being implemented to ensure it is aligned with the customer specifications, To manage the Change and enable the adoption of the new tool and processes, To update processes that can be impacted by the deployment and the run activities.The Team works closely with the 5 Regions, 3 Divisions & Corporate entities in a Federated Model to manage all evolutions requested on this new Global ServiceNow Platform.MISSIONWorking closely with the whole ITSM ServiceNow Team, you will take part in several missions aiming at improving the Change Management & the Communication with all 5 Regions, 3 Divisions & Corporate entities, facilitating the deployments and updating the data in our Global ServiceNow Platform so it is always accurate.Change & Communication

  • Take Part in the communication
    • Preparation of the Monthly Newsletter,
    • Update of the IT ServiceNow SharePoint,
    • Preparation of the UnITed Community Update (occurring every 2 months)
  • Take part in the change
    • Animation of the Global ServiceNow Community,
    • Training preparation, writing of knowledge articles,
    • Change Management activities of the main deployments
  • Define, analyze and follow KPI measuring the usage and adoption of our ServiceNow tool as well as the customer satisfaction
Process & Data Management
  • Take part in the Run Governance meetings to catch main processes that are being discussed and improved
  • Coordinate with different Stakeholders the evolution of those processes
  • Update Processes following what was decided
Test Management
  • Take part of functional testing for:
    • Continual Improvement evolutions
    • New deployments
    • ServiceNow version upgrade
RELATIONSHIPS
  • ITSM Servicenow Team
  • People working within GIS
  • IT people working in the different Regions (APAC, Japon, US, Europe, UK&Others)
  • IT People working in the 3 Divisions and Corporate Entities
  • Other IT Teams
PROFILE
  • Preparing an Engineering or Business Administration Master?s Degree
  • Ideally with a first experience
  • Required skills: autonomy, rigor, dynamism and good communication skills
  • Ability to work with Office Tools
  • Fluent in English
  • A knowledge of ServiceNow would be a plus
  • A knowledge of ITIL Processes would be a plus
